Senior Passion Project

As a senior:

  • What are your post-secondary plans?
  • What interests you that you want to learn more about?

What is the passion project?

A project that advances your learning about a career you may be interested in pursuing after graduation OR advances your passion about self-improvement, community improvement, etc.

If you are currently enrolled in any of the following PHS CTE Programs, your passion project will be completed through the course or with course certification and you will present in a showcase.

  • Animal Science
  • Audio Production
  • AP Art
  • Biomed
  • Business Shark Tank Pitch
  • Capstone Course
  • Engineering, Design and Development (EDD)
  • EMT CTE Program
  • Farm to Foods
  • Health and Fitness
  • Materials and Manufacturing - Lead Paint Course, OSHA 30

If you have taken or are planning on taking a course through the All Course Network your passion project requirements will be completed upon successful completion of the class.

If you have taken a course outside of PHS (i.e. home health aide certification) and have a certificate of completion.

If you have not participated in any of these school-related courses, certificate programs or PHS CTE Programs then you:

  • Shadow in particular classrooms in the district because you plan on studying education.
  • Set up a fitness plan for basic training readiness if you are headed into the military
