Hello Everyone,
I am writing to ask you to participate in SurveyWorks, an important online survey about our school. The Rhode Island Department of Education conducts this survey each year. It gives schools important feedback on key areas for school success. These topics include: professional learning, school climate, resources, and school leadership.
Your feedback is essential to student and school success. This survey is voluntary and responses are anonymous. They cannot be linked to any individual and no one can find out how you answered the survey.
Select the access link that matches the RIDE rubric under which you are evaluated. For example, Support Professionals are any individuals evaluated under the Support Professionals (nurse, psychologist, counselors, library media specialist as well as TAs, etc.) whereas Teachers are evaluated under the Teacher Model. Please reach out to me if you have any questions regarding which survey link you should use.
Faculty and staff who complete Survey Works will be entered in a raffle drawing for a $25.00 Dunkin Donuts gift card. Just email a screenshot of the "thank you for completing the survey" page to me. Your name will be entered to win!
